Therapeutic emotional support & humanistic coaching
A space to explore what you are living with presence, depth, and care. These sessions support you in navigating daily challenges, life transitions, and moments of inner questioning. Together, we create a safe and grounded space where you can gain clarity, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself. I blend coaching tools with humanistic therapeutic approaches, supporting you in making decisions that feel more aligned with who you truly are. I integrate also elements from Gestalt therapy, body-based work, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Transational Analysis.
Conscious Hatha Yoga
A space to reconnect with your body through movement and presence. Rooted in a conscious and integrative Hatha Yoga approach, these practices invite you to slow down and move with awareness, guided by your breath and your body, rather than performance or expectation. The class is a space of presence and inner listening, to soften, ground, and return to yourself with more gentleness. Through this practice, you are invited to explore the balance between effort and ease, creating space to release tension and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
Meditation & Mindfulness
A space to slow down and return to yourself. These sessions combine guided meditation, breathwork, and body awareness practices to help you regulate your emotions, calm the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. A gentle pause to create space within — to breathe, feel, listen, and, when needed, be supported in what is present.
