I support people in finding clarity, emotional balance, and returning to what feels true within. My role here is to hold space for that wisdom to emerge. Not to tell you the way, but to walk beside you as you come closer to your own truth.

My approach integrates coaching, humanistic emotional support, meditation, mindfulness, somatic practices, and yoga. It is rooted in the belief that each person carries an innate wisdom waiting to be uncovered.

At Ser Ayni, the ancestral wisdom of Ayni is honored: an Andean principle of reciprocity that reminds us of the sacred balance between giving and receiving, in respect of all beings, nature, and life itself.

A space to reconnect with your body through movement and breath. Rooted in a conscious and mindful Hatha Yoga approach, these practices invite you to slow down, listen to your body, and move with awareness, finding a natural balance between effort and ease. To release tension, soften, and return to yourself with more presence.

Meditation & Mindfulness

A space to slow down and return to yourself. Through breath, presence, and guided practices, you are invited to calm the mind and reconnect within. There is also space for gentle sharing and emotional support, so you feel supported in what you are experiencing.
