My name is Daniela
♡
I am deeply curious about life, about what unfolds within us and around us. I love observing the world, listening to people, and learning from every encounter. Silence grounds me, connection gives me purpose. Every story that crosses my path somehow becomes part of my own.

We come into this life to connect more deeply with ourselves, and through that connection, we evolve
I was born in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1989.
I love walking in nature, listening to the ocean, breathing in the smell of rain, reading a book in the sun, or wandering without a destination alone or in meaningful conversations. I hold a deep connection to the Camino de Santiago, a place I return to whenever my soul asks.
But stay connected with ourselves it’s not always easy...
External noise, expectations, and fast-paced rhythms can pull us away from what truly matters.
I experienced that distance too.
For years, I followed a structured path. In my 20s I studied management, completed a master’s degree, and gradually I built a career in the corporate world as a financial manager.
From the outside, everything made sense, yet something within me remained quietly unsettled.
Over time, I felt a deep calling to explore myself and to live with greater purpose. This inner journey led me to discover therapy, mindfulness, Focusing, meditation, and yoga. Pillars that still guide and inspire my life.
I decided to listen my heart
That choice led me to pause my corporate career, reconnect with my sensitive and intuitive side, and explore a different way of being. It wasn’t a sudden shift, but a continuous process. One that still asks for presence, honesty, and courage.
Along this path, I trained Coaching (at InsightOut in Lisbon, accredited by ICF International Coaching Federation) and Integrative Humanistic Emotional Support related to psychotherapy studies at the Instituto Carl Rogers in Barcelona.
My work is deeply inspired by the Rogerian approach and its core attitudes: empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. I also integrate elements from Coaching, Gestalt therapy, body-based work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Yoga has also been a quiet companion in my life
I began practicing at a young age, without fully understanding its depth. Over time, it became a space of connection, where movement leads to stillness, and the body becomes a doorway inward.
Writing also found me early on, and together, they became a bridge into a deeper, more intimate relationship with myself.
In 2025, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours TTC certified by Yoga Alliance) at Manu School of Yoga in Lisbon, deepening my connection to its philosophy and practice.
I am currently continuing my studies in Yoga (more 100 hours) and in Transactional Analysis (a three-year master’s at CEP Centro de Entrenamiento para Psicoterapeutas in Barcelona) — a therapeutic approach that helps us understand how we think, feel, and relate, opening space for more conscious choices.
I am deeply fascinated by the complexity of being human: ever-changing, layered, and far beyond any label or past story.
Through my own experience, I’ve come to see how, within a safe space, gently recognizing the inner weight we carry can be profoundly transformative.
For me this path has been not about becoming someone else, but about returning to who I truly am.

This awareness inspired me to create Ser Ayni ♡
A space rooted in presence, listening, and genuine human connection. I wish to contribute to a world where more people feel the courage to live authentically, aligned with their true essence.
Here, I offer what I value most: sensitivity, presence, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

Within one journey, many others can unfold…
I carry a restless heart with a worldly soul. I am, proudly, a passionate traveller. Travelling allows me to feel free, to discover, and to connect with places, people, and different ways of living.
I follow the whispers of my heart, and each encounter becomes a story interwoven with my own.
Living in different countries in my early 20s expanded my perspective, and since then, I’ve continued to find beauty in life’s simplest moments: a sunrise, a shared conversation, a new word in another language.
Solo travel, in particular, has been a powerful teacher, strengthening my trust and my sense of self.
Caring for others begins with caring for myself. And now, I choose to create space to simply be
By listening closely to my heart, I felt a call to reconnect with my sensitive and nurturing side. So with courage, I chose to pause my corporate career and to listen myself. I believe that when I slow down, what truly matters becomes clear.
Some journeys change us. This one has been a lifelong return to myself.
As human beings, we all share something: each of us carries a unique story, an individual essence and a sense of purpose.

Ser Ayni is a place to be
Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand how important it is to have a safe space where we can simply be with authenticity.
Ser Ayni is a space where you can reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and return to what feels true within.
