These sessions combine guided meditation, breathwork, and body awareness practices to help you regulate your emotions, calm the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. A gentle pause to create space within — to breathe, feel, and listen, and, when needed, be supported in what is present, with gentle emotional support and accompaniment.
