Therapeutic relationship
Walking alongside you with respect and authenticity

In my professional practice, the therapeutic relationship is grounded in listening and in understanding the other person and the way they see and experience the world. It therefore involves accompanying their inner process, through their doubts and questions, without trying to force change or impose paths.
Each person has their own timing and their own singular way of seeing the world.
Asking in order to understand. Listening with empathy and respect.
The therapeutic relationship is built gradually, like a dance between therapist and client, where many emotions may arise—confusion, the release of blockages, silences that tell stories, and the celebration of small or great victories.
It is a relationship sustained on equal footing:
on one side, a toolbox with multiple possibilities;
on the other, a unique life story that does not have to fit into any tool or conceptual theory.
Therapy can be a space for respectful accompaniment, discovery, and sharing.
Therapist and client can be authentic and grow together, each in their own place.
I believe that change happens when each person connects authentically with themselves. Within the therapeutic relationship, they find a space where they can experiment, test, integrate, and process safely and without judgment.
